## JVT Token JVT is one of the most important parts of the [JVault](https://jvault.xyz/stake) ecosystem. All JVT holders can stake it in a special staking pool, which not only allows them to receive standard returns as a percentage of the position, but also to participate in the distribution of 50% of the service's revenue by earning TON and tokens placed on [JVault](https://jvault.xyz/stake). Moreover, JVT is used to pay fixed fees on the platform (all JVT earned this way are automatically burned).

## Decentralised revenue sharing system [JVault](https://jvault.xyz/stake) charges a fixed fee of **50 JVT and 200 JVT** respectively for creating staking pools and conducting sales on the launchpad. In addition, staking pools charge a commission in the form of a percentage of the rewards allocated to stakers (in the same token as the rewards), and tokensales charge a commission in the form of a small percentage of the amount of funds raised. 10 % of the platform's commissions are sent to the project team's wallet, while 40 % are converted into **JVT** and subsequently burned, and 50 % are **automatically distributed among JVT stakers** **through smart contracts**. All JVT holders are able to [stake ](/staking-v1-deprecated/general-info)it in a special staking pool, which allows not only receiving a standard percentage yield on the position, but also sharing the platform's revenue in tokens placed on JVault. In addition, JVT have replaced TON as the currency for paying fixed fees (all JVT received in this way are automatically burned). ## Distribution of $JVT
## Private sale 1,000,000 $JVT were allocated for the private round. 430,000 of these were burned while 570,000 were sold. These tokens started hitting the market 6 months after TGE at 47,500 JVT per month. The tokens will be fully unlocked 18 months after TGE. The price of the private round was 0.026 TON. ## IDO 500,000 $JVT were allocated to the public round and completely sold out in less than 20 minutes. The average price was 0.05 TON per token. Were fully unlocked immediately after the TGE. ## Marketing 2,000,000 $JVT will be used for marketing purposes (as rewards for early users of the platform and participants in various promotions and to pay for advertising). 400,000 $JVT have been unlocked on TGE and the remaining 1,600,000 $JVT will be received in equal monthly instalments for 5 years. ## Staking 2,500,000 $JVT is allocated to provide guaranteed returns in the staking pool. 250,000 tokens have been unlocked on TGE and will be distributed to stakers over two years. These tokens will start hitting the market 12 months after TGE at 41,666 JVT per month. Will be fully unlocked after 5 years. ## Liquidity 2,000,000 JVT is allocated to maintain liquidity on DEX and, in the future, CEX. 800,000 JVT has been unlocked on the TGE and the remaining 1,200,000 JVT will be received in equal monthly chunks over 5 years. # General information ## What is staking? Staking is a process whereby a user freezes his tokens on a smart contract for a certain period of time, and is rewarded for this in the form of interest on his deposit. Staking can be compared to a bank deposit, where instead of a bank, a smart contract is used to guarantee the safety of funds and interest accrual. ## Why staking? Based on the TON blockchain, it is very easy to create digital assets called tokens. Most token creators are interested in one way or another in reducing the circulating supply of their token. Creating staking is one solution to this problem, as well as a good way to reward dedicated holders. ## Principles of staking operation With the decentralised staking service from [**JVault**](https://jvault.xyz/stake), any user can create a staking pool with their own token. To do so, you need to go to the [**appropriate page**](https://jvault.xyz/staking/v2/new_pool), select the yield type, configure the desired parameters and confirm the transaction to create the pool. After that, the creator adds rewards to the staking pool, from which the yield for stakers is formed, and the pool becomes active. Any token holder can then make a deposit into the staking pool, and start earning income. ### How withdrawals from pools work In many [**JVault**](https://jvault.xyz/) staking pools, there are several unstake periods. These are measured in days and indicate how long a staker needs to wait between sending a free withdrawal request and opening a withdrawal opportunity. {% hint style="info" %} It is important to understand that the period is counted not from the moment the tokens are blocked, but from the moment the withdrawal request is sent. Thus, if you have staked tokens with an unstake period of 7 days, and you send a request one year after making a deposit, you will still need to wait 7 days for a free withdrawal. No rewards will be given for the tokens requested for withdrawal. {% endhint %} Most staking pools also offer instant withdrawal with a percentage fee. The amount of the fee is set by the creator of the staking pool and is constant from the moment of deposit. All tokens paid as a commission are sent to the creator of the staking pool, who can dispose of them in any way, including adding them as rewards for stakers or burning them.

For each unstake period, the pool creator can configure the following parameters: * **Yield multiplier** — how much the yield at lock-in for the given period is higher than the base rate with the minimum unstake period. * **Maximum TVL** — limit on the total volume of deposits with the given period * **Deposit fee** — a percentage of the user's position charged on each deposit in favour of the creator of the staking pool * **Instant withdrawal fee** — percentage of tokens requested for instant withdrawal, charged in favour of the staking pool creator in addition to the **0.3 TON service fee**. Therefore, the management of positions with different unstake periods (withdrawals, award stamps) is autonomous, including independently the maximum deposit limit (deposits with different periods do not add up).

Many fields (such as **Min** and **Max deposits**, **Deposit fee**, **Max. TVL**) can be left blank, in this case default values will be used. All mandatory fields are marked with a **cyan asterisk (\*)**. After filling in all the data, the user can request a transaction to deploy the smart contract of the staking pool by clicking the **‘Deploy pool’** button in the upper right corner and confirm the transaction in their wallet.

Once the transaction is indexed, the user will be able to find the staking pool on the homepage, but it will be in an archived state. In order to make the pool available to everyone, it is necessary to add rewards to it. ### Adding awards for stakers

To fill up the reward pool, click ***‘Open management tool’*** (1), in the opened panel fill in all data about the new reward distribution (token address, number of rewards, distribution period) (2), and click ***‘Save jetton’*** (3). Then confirm the transaction to save the token address in the smart contract.

{% hint style="info" %} You can use up to **10 reward tokens** in one staking pool, with **60 different allocation periods** at a time. {% endhint %} # Fees The creation of a pool is subject to two types of commission: Rewards commission and JVT fee.
## JVT fee A flat **50 $JVT** fee is charged each time a pool is created and is subsequently burned. ## Rewards commission A fixed percentage of the pool creator's allocated rewards for stakers, charged on each deposit of reward tokens. The default commission is **2%**, however if your project has a total TVL on DEX of more than **$1,000,000** you can contact our manager for a **50%** commission discount before creating a staking pool. {% hint style="info" %} JVault converts all commissions received in tokens of other projects into USDT or TON. {% endhint %} # FAQ ## Do I need to contact the JVault team to set up a staking pool? No, creating a staking pool is completely decentralised. To organise your own pool, you only need to send the necessary transaction through the platform's web interface. You can read more details in the [**corresponding section**](/staking-v2/info-for-pool-creators/pool-creation-and-adding-rewards). ## Why is it more profitable to create a staking pool on JVault than to implement your own solution? Organising staking on JVault takes no more than 10 minutes and costs only 50 JVT (+2% [**commission** ](/staking-v2/info-for-pool-creators/fees)on added rewards), while developing your own solution can take weeks and thousands of dollars. In addition, JVault smart contracts are the most advanced on the market, and their [**code is open** ](https://github.com/JVault-app/staking-v2/)and tested by time and independent developers. ## Does JVault provide media support to staking pool creators? Each staking pool creator can expect to be featured in the Weekly Digest if their pool meets the following conditions: * The total amount of awards allocated to steakers is at least $5,000 * Number of steakers in the last week at least 20 * The pool was created the week of the digest **OR** the pool TVL passed the $100,000 mark ## I sent a transaction, but the staking pool is not displayed on the website, what should I do? Sometimes the blockchain indexer fails, and new staking pools may not automatically appear on our website. If you submitted a transaction to create a staking pool and paid a fee, but it hasn't appeared on the site within 5 minutes, contact support - your pool will be added manually. ## What if someone has borrowed the pool name with my token? If you are a token founder but someone has already created a pool with your token name, you can email us. We will be able to rename the ‘fake’ pool. ## How to get WL (Whitelist)? At the moment the whitelist system is under development. # Info for stakers # JVault responsibility The entire staking process is **completely secure and decentralised** in terms of asset ownership: at all stages of staking, your tokens belong only to you, and no one can use them. The service is based on smart contracts, so even if the site stops working, you will still be able to fully utilise all the staking pools: all you need to do is send certain messages to the blockchain. You can explore the open source code of all smart contracts and learn how they work on the [**project's GitHub**](https://github.com/orgs/JVault-app/repositories). However, due to decentralisation, [**JVault** ](https://jvault.xyz/)cannot be responsible for the actions of projects hosted on the platform. To simplify this process, you can use the search by pool name and address, or by staking token address (1), sorting (2) and filters (3).

{% hint style="danger" %} st-JETTONs serve as the **only proof of ownership** of staked tokens, so if you send them to another address, you will transfer the right to unstake your tokens to the recipient {% endhint %} # Unlocking tokens and rewards claim ### Unlocking tokens Once you have staked tokens, you can withdraw them from the pool at any time by submitting a request for a free delayed withdrawal or by making an instant token unstake with a fee. **To make an instant token withdrawal**, follow the steps below: * In the ‘Unstake’ section, activate the ‘Instant’ filter (1) * Enter the number of tokens (2) you want to withdraw (or you can use the ‘Max’ button (3) ) * Check the amount of commission (4) * Click the ‘Unstake now’ button (5) and confirm the transaction in the wallet

### Rewards claim You can claim accumulated staking rewards at any time. To do this, select the position with the desired unstake period, in the ‘Current position’ section click the ‘Claim rewards’ button (1).

# FAQ This page contains answers to the most frequently asked questions from JVault users. All pools from Staking V1, except for the JVT pool, continue to operate as normal. You can find them at the link. The JVT pool has been ported to the new version, all staker positions have been retained, and rewards have been added to staking tokens. ## Are rewards given after requesting a delayed unstake? No, awards are only given on the portion of the position that is not requested for withdrawal. Including, rewards are not given for tokens available for free branding after the unstake request has been processed. ## Are the rewards retained when transferring st-JETTONs or full unstake? Yes, the rewards are retained in full until you claim them. When transferring st-JETTONs, only the st-JETTONs themselves are transferred without the given rewards. ## How often are rewards given when staking? Staking rewards are awarded every second, and you can claim them absolutely anytime. ## Are commissions charged on awards received? No, award branding is ‘free of charge’ and is not subject to any fees. The early withdrawal fee is not related to award claim and is only charged on the body of the deposit. ## Where do the commissions on deposits and instant withdrawals go? 100% of the commissions from deposits and instant withdrawals in each staking pool belong exclusively to the pool creator. He can withdraw them from the smart contract at any time and dispose of them in any way he wants (for example, he can add them to the pool as rewards). In addition to interest commissions, there is a fixed fee of 0.3 TON charged for each instant withdrawal as a service fee. ## How to understand a complex interface? We realise that it may be difficult for a beginner to understand the rather heavy interface of Staking V2, so we have provided a ‘Lite mode’. To enable it, you need to activate the ‘Lite mode’ switch on the page of any staking pool:

With the help of such platforms, cryptocurrency projects can raise initial funding and users can invest in assets at early stages, before they are officially listed on exchanges. ## Why do I need a Launchpad? Not many projects are able to launch their token without presale, as this requires quite a lot of initial liquidity, marketing and product development costs. When creating an ICO, options such as vesting, tiered whitelists, referral system and soft cap - a minimum amount of investment raised, if not reached, all funds will be returned to users after the end of the sale. ## Private sale Private Sale - a stage of token sales in which tokens are offered to a limited number of investors. The mechanics of this type of tokensale are similar to those of an ICO, but automatic addition of liquidity is not mandatory in this case. ## Dutch auction (coming soon) Dutch auction is a type of auction in which the initial price of a lot is set at a high level and gradually decreases until one of the participants agrees to buy the lot at the current price. For this type of tokensale, instead of a fixed price, the maximum and minimum prices of the asset are set up, all other parameters repeat the ICO. ## Fairlaunch (coming soon) Fairlaunch is a type of token launch in which there are no pre-sales or private placements of the asset. All participants get equal opportunities to buy tokens at the same time. What distinguishes this type of sale from an ICO is that the price of the asset is not known in advance, but is calculated as the ratio of the total amount of funds raised to the number of tokens allocated for sale. The price range in this case is set by the parameters Soft and Hard cap (minimum and maximum volumes of raised investments). # Reliability Score ## What is Reliability Score? Reliability Score is a tokensale evalluation system based on guarantees for investors. Reliability Score shows how much the minimum price of a token after listing can differ from the purchase price at the presale, assuming that all tokens in circulation are immediately sold on DEX. The smaller the difference, the higher the score. ## What does the Reliability Score depend on? The Reliability Score of a project is influenced by the following parameters: 1. ## How to increase Reliability Score? **Reliability Score** depends largely on the parameters that you set up when creating a tokensale. To increase the Reliability Score, you can use the following recommendations: * **Increase the percentage of TONs that will be added to initial liquidity**\ Since the **Reliability Score** calculation assumes that liquidity will only be added once, the score is directly dependent on this parameter. * **Lock the tokens in** [**JVault Locker** ](https://jvault.xyz/locker/)**according to your tokenomics**\ Locking tokens will create a guarantee that they will not be sold on DEX, hence it will increase the **Reliability Score**. * **Don't set referral and whitelist discounts too high**\ When calculating the initial ratio of tokens to TON in the liquidity pool, the lowest possible sale price is used including all discounts, so it is important not to over reward referrals and whitelist owners. * **Do not allow too much difference in the amount between *****Soft Cap***** and *****Hard Cap***\ It is often difficult to predict the amount of investment raised, but if Soft Cap differs from Hard Cap by several times, it can negatively impact the **Reliability Score**. * **Increase the number of vesting cycles**\ Increasing the number of vesting cycles has a positive impact on the **Reliability Score**, as a smooth, even unlocking of assets ensures that there are no large sales at the start of trading. * **Reduce the percentage of tokens that will be added to initial liquidity**\ The lower the ratio of tokens that will be added to liquidity to tokens allocated for sale at the sale, the higher the listing price will be. To create a tokensale, you will need to confirm two transactions: the first to pay the fixed part of the commissions and deploy the smart contract of the sale, the second to add tokens to the smart contract of the sale. Note that you will need to pay two types of commissions, you can read more in this [section](/launchpad/info-for-projects/fees). ## 4.3. Send a transaction to deploy a smart contract Click the "Send Transaction" button, confirm the transaction in your wallet app and wait for the download icon to change to "Success".

Send a transaction to add tokens After successful confirmation of the previous transaction, the button to send the next transaction will become available:

Click on it, confirm the transaction in the wallet app and wait for the transaction to be confirmed in the blockchain. After that, the tokensale creation process will be completed and you will see a message about its successful publication.
## Congratulations, you've created your own decentralised tokensale! {% hint style="info" %} If the blockchain and/or indexers are unstable, transactions may take quite a while to be sent, however if your tokensale does not show up on the website within 5 minutes of confirming the transaction on the blockchain, please contact [JVault support](https://t.me/JVaultManager). {% endhint %} # Fees When conducting a tokensale, its creator is subject to two types of fees\*:
1. A fixed fee of 200 JVT charged simultaneously with the deployment of the sale smart contract. 2. A commission charged as a percentage of the funds raised immediately after the sale is completed. \ In this case, the creator of the tokensale using the "Complete tokensale" button (1) can request a refund of tokens allocated for sales and liquidity, and any user who participated in the sale can return the invested TONs by clicking the "Request refund" button (2).\ The funds will be credited to the user's balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. It is important to mention that [JVault ](https://jvault.xyz/stake)**does not refund** the placement fee for the sale if it fails.
2. ### Soft cap has been reached

\ In this case, any user can start the process of completing the sale (to trigger the addition of liquidity on DEX and make the purchased tokens available). To do so, he must click on the "Complete tokensale" button and confirm the transaction. Don't worry, it's free: the blockchain commission is fully compensated by the funds of the sales organiser. Each sale only needs to be completed once, so as soon as one user submits a transaction to complete the sale, the "Complete tokensale" button will disappear for all sale participants, replaced by an interface for branding purchased tokens:

# Referral system A referral system is available for each tokensale, which allows you to reward users who talk about the project with cashbacks and discounts. To activate the referral system, fill in the Referral system section.

Cashback amount for standard referral codes of users not listed below. 3. Addresses of users who have non-standard conditions for referral codes. It is important that even if the user's address is on this list, he will need to make a purchase to activate his code. 4. The amount of discount that all users who make a purchase using this code will receive. For standard referral codes, the size of the discount is 0%. 5. The amount of cashback that the owner of this referral code will receive. {% hint style="info" %} Cashback in this case means a percentage of the volume of each purchase made using a referral code, which will be sent to the owner of the code as a reward. Rewards come in TON, and each referral code owner can withdraw them to his wallet after the end of sales. {% endhint %} If you want to disable the ability for users who are not on the list to receive referral codes, simply set the value to `Deafult Cashback = 0`. # Whitelists The creator of each tokensale, in addition to the basic terms of purchase, can set up to four levels of whitelists with different prices and purchase size limits. [Soulbound ](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0085-sbt-standard.md)tokens are used as confirmation of the right to purchase at a particular whitelist level. To add whitelists to your tokensale, click on the "Add condition" button in the "Purchase conditions" section. Specify the NFT collection addresses whose Soulbound tokens will be used as whitelists, and enter the purchase conditions for each WL level. If you want to make it unavailable to purchase without whitelists, just leave zeros in the first line as shown in the screenshot below.

If a user has several WL SBTs, including those from the same collection, the customer can make a purchase for each of them, the purchase limits are summed up in such a case. {% hint style="info" %} It is important for JVault that smart contracts of NFT collections for whitelists do not have vulnerabilities that could cause loss of funds of our users, so before launching sales there is an automatic verification that the whitelist code corresponds to any of the [standard ](https://github.com/getgems-io/nft-contracts/tree/main/packages/contracts/sources)ones. In case you want to use NFT-collection with custom code, you can request its verification by contacting support. {% endhint %} # Verification of projects We at JVault are constantly working to ensure that our investors' funds are fully secured. To this end, our pre-sale platform has been equipped with several options to help potential investors make informed decisions about investing in projects. Using our decentralised project launchpad, you may have noticed that some projects may have an "Audited" icon. This signifies that the founder of such a project has undergone KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. ## KYC Project founders who are looking to increase the confidence of potential investors can undergo KYC identity verification. KYC (Know Yor Customer) is a set of procedures we carry out to verify identity. The identity of the project owner is established by providing identity documents (passport, national ID card) through an automated platform (KYC provider). ## Purposes of verification The KYC procedure is due to the fact that Launchpad tries to keep investors safe from fraudulent activities. Identity verification acts as a deterrent for unscrupulous project founders. ## Fraudulent activities In case any of the members of the KYC project teams are found to be involved in fraudulent activities, we will, with evidence, immediately disclose their identities and release the information we have to the intelligence agencies who are in the process of initiating criminal proceedings. {% hint style="info" %} If you have details regarding project founders or project team members that their project or actions are fraudulent, please contact us. {% endhint %} ## Requirements for projects undergoing verification A project applying for KYC must fulfil all the following requirements: 1. The project must have been operating for at least 2 months and be able to prove this fact. 2. The project must have at least one functioning service, into which the token to be launched will be integrated in the future. 3. The project must have a clear whitepaper containing tokenomics and a roadmap. 4. The project whitepaper must describe the mechanisms for creating value for the token. {% hint style="info" %} If even one of these conditions is not met, JVault will reject the verification request and the service fee **will not be refunded**. {% endhint %} ## Passing identity verification To start the identity verification procedure, you need to pay a fixed fee by sending 500 USDT (TON) to `UQBFcHJGsunmhLoy6yi6Ec-eiaSEnizwnvLzHOtE3CDnvh4Z`, indicating the project website in the comment, and then submit the completed form. You will have to provide the following information: 1. Link to the service payment transaction 2. Link to the project website 3. Detailed description of the project 4. Link to a post on any social networking site that confirms the age of your project 5. Address of the token to be launched 6. Description of the launch token's role in the project 7. Link to the project whitepaper 8. First Name, Last Name, Patronymic (if available) 9. Telegram Username for communication 10. Your role in the project 11. Mailing address (with project website domain) 12. Preferred language for the KYC process Next, you will be contacted by our manager who will provide you with a link to take KYC on [ShuftiPro](https://shuftipro.com) automated platform. Once you have completed the KYC process on the [ShuftiPro](https://shuftipro.com) platform, you will have to complete the final stage of KYC: 1. Record a video clip, and voice the following script: > My name is: \[Name]. > > My Project: \[Project Name]. > > My role in this project: \[Position]. > > By this video, I certify that the information I have previously provided is true, including the information I have sent to JVault. I am aware that any unreliable information may result in legal action being taken against me. > > Some projects buy other people's documents to use them for KYC process. More often than not, such projects engage in fraudulent activities towards investors. I realise that in such a case, JVault will publish my documents and other personal details. They will also be shared with intelligence agencies and other law enforcement agencies to track and arrest me wherever I am. > > I will face imprisonment and will have to pay back all the money stolen from investors. This will be fair to me, even if I was just pretending to have some involvement in the project. I take full responsibility for the actions of this project. > > I confirm that I am fully aware of the legal risks of going through the KYC process. 2. Video call in Telegram with a person undergoing identity verification. You will have 2 attempts to accept the call. If this condition remains unfulfilled, regardless of the circumstances, the fixed fee is non-refundable. ## Refund In the previous section, we have explained in sufficient detail the instructions for undergoing project verification. If you do not agree with the methods of our procedure, please do not pay the fixed fee prematurely. By paying the fixed KYC processing fee, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances. You are required to be honest with us by providing genuine documents, your real legal name and your real role in the project. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in immediate cancellation of your KYC without refund. ## Important notice Putting a project in the ‘Audited’ category does not mean that JVault endorses or recommends that project. To purchase tokens, enter the desired number of TONs you wish to invest (1) or tokens you intend to receive (2). If available, you can also enter a referral code in the box (3). Read the terms and conditions and pay attention to the maximum purchase amount available to you (4), then click on the ‘Buy’ button and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

{% hint style="info" %} If you have more than one Whitelist SBT, you can purchase tokens using more than one of them: purchases from different whitelists have no effect on each other. {% endhint %} # Token and referral cashback claim You can find out about the process of tokensale completion and token branding in the [corresponding section](/launchpad/info-for-projects/the-end-of-tokensale). # Locker info ## What is a Locker? Loker is a platform on which any user of the TON blockchain can lock their tokens, i.e. remove the possibility of transferring or selling them. ## Why do I need to block tokens? The tokenomics of most cryptocurrency projects involves an even increase in the number of tokens in circulation. For example, a project may establish that every month for a year, exactly 1% of the total token issue will be allocated to marketing. In such a case, the project may lock 12% of the tokens in the [**JVault Locker** ](https://jvault.xyz/locker/)with a 12-month even vesting period to ensure investors that they will be utilised according to tokenomics. In addition, many token investors often have a plan to not sell their holdings for some extended period. In such cases, Loker would be suitable to safeguard the investor from impulsive sales due to rate fluctuations or other reasons. ## How it works Any user can lock any [**TEP-89 eligible tokens**](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0089-jetton-wallet-discovery.md) in [**JVault Locker**](https://jvault.xyz/locker/). To do this, just configure the necessary lock information (*time and size of the first token unlock, number and duration of vesting cycles, future owner of the tokens*) and send the tokens to a specific smart contract. After the transaction is sent, the future owner of the locked tokens will receive a Soulbound-NFT, where the onchain stores all the information about the lock. Later on, you can unlock your tokens by using the "Claim" button. # FAQ ## Do I have to claim the tokens after each vesting cycle? No, it is not necessary to claim tokens between vesting cycles. You can pick up tokens at any time after they have been unlocked for multiple cycles in a single transaction. ## Can locked tokens be transferred to another user? No, it is not possible to transfer Soulbound-NFT, which confirms ownership of locked tokens, that is the point of locking tokens. ## Can tokens with a modified contract be blocked? Yes, you can block any tokens in the [**JVault Locker**](https://jvault.xyz/locker/). The only condition is that the token contract complies with [**TEP-89**](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0089-jetton-wallet-discovery.md). All modern tokens comply with the standard, but in case of non-compliance the site will inform you about it and will not ask for transaction confirmation, so you will not lose your funds. # General information ## What is staking? Staking is a process whereby a user freezes his tokens on a smart contract for a certain period of time, and is rewarded for this in the form of interest on his deposit. Staking can be compared to a bank deposit, where instead of a bank, a smart contract is used to guarantee the safety of funds and interest accrual. ## Why staking? Based on the TON blockchain, it is very easy to create digital assets called tokens. Most token creators are interested in one way or another in reducing the circulating supply of their token. Creating staking is one solution to this problem, as well as a good way to reward dedicated holders. ## Principles of staking operation With the decentralised staking service from [JVault](https://jvault.xyz/stake), any user can create a staking pool with their own token. To do so, you need to go to the appropriate page, select the yield type, configure the desired parameters and confirm the transaction to create the pool. After that, the creator adds rewards to the staking pool, from which the yield for stakers is formed, and the pool becomes active. Any token holder can then make a deposit into the steaking pool, and start earning income. This interest rate remains the same for the duration of the staking - like a deposit in a bank. For instance, if you stake 1000 coins at a fixed yield of 5% per year, you will receive 50 coins at the end of the year as a reward. A fixed return provides investors with stability and the ability to plan their returns in advance. It is important to note that with this type of staking, rewards will stop accruing as soon as the lock-in period comes to an end. To continue receiving rewards, you will need to withdraw tokens from the pool and then stake them again. ## Staking with floating returns Floating returns, on the other hand, assumes that the interest rate you receive on your investment varies with market conditions. The yield in such a pool is directly proportional to the number of rewards allocated and inversely proportional to the product of the time over which those rewards will be allocated by the pool's TVL (the total volume of tokens locked in the pool). For example, if you stake 1000 tokens, you might get 60 coins one month and 40 coins the next if the average TVL of the steaking pool for the second month is higher than the first. Unlike fixed staking, rewards in such pools continue to accrue even after the tokens are unlocked. Thus, you can stake coins with a lock-in period of 0 days and still receive rewards for a year before you withdraw funds from the staking pool. # Info for pool creators # Pool creation ## Creation of a fixed-return pool 1. Go to the [My Pools section](https://jvault.xyz/my_pools), press "+" and fill in the required information about the pool. 2. In the "Pool name" field enter the name of the pool (note that the name must be unique), in the "Staking jetton address" and "Rewards jetton address" fields enter the addresses of smart contracts of tokens that users will block in the pool and that will be used as rewards for stakers. In the "Rewards" field, enter the number of rewards you want to distribute to pool users. In the image field, you can upload an image that will be used in the NFT bond collection. 3. Next, configure the staking plans: enter up to four possible locking periods and their corresponding RPJs (Rewards per Jetton), the number of rewards (in rewards jetton) that the staker will receive for each token locked for the specified period 4. You can also configure the minimum deposit and the start date of the staking if you do not want the staking to start as soon as the pool is created. 5. After filling in the required information, click "Deploy pool" and confirm the transaction in your wallet. The smart contract of the staking pool will then be deployed and the "Deploy pool" button will change to "Add rewards". 6. ## Creating a floating return pool 1. If your staking programme budget has increased and you want to switch to a better plan - fell free to DM us. We will not be able to change the commissions in the existing pool (this would create a security risk), but we can create a new pool with the same name as the old one. ## How to get a WL? Connect your wallet to the site using the "connect wallet" button in the top right corner of the screen. After that, on the main page of the site, select the steaking pool you are interested in.
You can use the filters "Zero balances" (when off - only pools in which you have positions are displayed) and "WL only" (when on - only pools that are in our whitelist are displayed). After selecting a pool, on the page that opens, enter the number of tokens you want to put into the pool, select the staking period and the ability to transfer NFTs, and click "Stake".
Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive an NFT confirming your ownership of the staked tokens. You will need it to manage your position - to collect rewards and complete staking. Для этого необходимо перейти на соответствующую [страницу](https://jvault.xyz/staking/v2/new_pool) и заполнить необходимую информацию о стейкинг-пуле и периодах анстейка (в одном пуле их может быть от 1 до 4)

Многие поля (такие как Min и Max deposits, Deposit fee, Max. TVL) могут быть оставлены пустыми, в таком случае будут использованы значения по умолчанию. Все обязательные поля помечены циановой звездочкой (\*). После заполнения всех данных, пользователь может запросить транзакцию для развертывания смарт-контракта стейкинг-пула, нажав кнопку "Deploy pool" в правом верхнем углу, и подтвердить транзакцию в своем кошельке.

Все пулы из Staking V1, кроме пула JVT, продолжают свою работу в обычном режиме. Найти их можно по [ссылке](https://jvault.xyz/staking/v1). Пул JVT был [перенесен](https://jvault.xyz/staking/v2/stake/JVT) на новую версию, все позиции стейкеров при этом были сохранены, а награды добавлены к застейканым жетонам. ### Начисляются ли награды после запроса отложенного анстейка? Нет, награды начисляются только на ту часть позиции, которая не запрошена для вывода. В том числе, награды не начисляются на жетоны, доступные для бесплатного клейма после обработки запроса на анстейк. ### Сохраняются ли награды при передаче st-JETTONs или полном анстейке? Да, награды сохраняются в полном объеме до момента, пока вы их не заклеймите. При передаче st-JETTONs передаются только сами st-JETTONs без начисленных наград. ### Как часто начисляются награды при стейкинге? Вознаграждения за стейкинг начисляются ежесекундно, и вы можете заклеймить их абсолютно в любое время. ### Взимаются ли комиссии с полученных наград? Нет, клейм наград наград происходит "бесплатно" и не облагается никакими комиссиями. Комиссия за досрочный вывод никак не связана с клеймом наград, и взимается только с тела депозита. ### Куда уходят комиссии с депозитов и мгновенных выводов? 100% комиссий с депозитов и мгновенных выводов в каждом стейкинг-пуле принадлежат исключительно создателю пула. Он может в любой момент вывести их со смарт-контракта и распоряжаться любым способом (например, он может добавить их в пул в качестве наград). Мы понимаем, что новичку может быть сложно разобраться в достаточно нагруженном интерфейсе [Staking V2](https://jvault.xyz/staking/v2), поэтому мы предусмотрели "Упрощенный режим". # Общая информация ## Что такое лаунчпад? Лаунчпад — это платформа для запуска новых токенов. С помощью таких платформ криптовалютные проекты могут привлекать начальное финансирование, а пользователи — инвестировать в активы на ранних стадиях, до официального листинга на биржах. ## Зачем нужен лаунчпад? Не многие проекты способны запустить свой жетон без проведения его пре-сейла (предпродаж), так как это требует достаточно больших затрат на начальную ликвидность, маркетинг и разработку продукта. При проведении пре-сейла своими силами, возникают проблемы необходимости реализации смарт-контрактов и пользовательского интерфейса для покупки жетона, привлечения целевой аудитории, а также безопасности средств инвесторов. Лаунчпад решает эти проблемы, предоставляя удобный интерфейс, надежные смарт-контракты и возможности для продвижения проекта. ## Принцип работы Любой пользователь может начать токенсейл для своего жетона в несколько кликов с помощью интерфейса [**JVault**](https://jvault.xyz). Для этого необходимо заполнить необходимую информацию о сейле, настроить желаемые функции и отправить 2 транзакции: для развертывания смарт-контракта и для отправки жетонов на этот смарт-контракт. После этого страница токенсейла автоматически публикуется в [каталоге](https://jvault.xyz/launchpad/sales), и проект может начать привлекать инвестиции. Механики токенсейла такого типа повторяют механики ICO, однако автоматическое добавление ликвидности в данном случае не является обязательным. ### Dutch Auction (coming soon) Dutch auction (Голландский аукцион) — это тип аукциона, при котором начальная цена лота устанавливается на высоком уровне и постепенно снижается до тех пор, пока кто-то из участников не согласится купить лот по текущей цене. Для этого типа токенсейла вместо фиксированной цены настраиваются максимальная и минимальная цены актива, все остальные параметры повторяют ICO. ### Fairlaunch (coming soon) Fairlaunch (честный запуск) — это тип запуска токена, при котором отсутствуют предварительные продажи и приватные размещения актива. Все участники получают равные возможности для покупки токенов одновременно. От ICO этот тип продаж отличает то, что цена актива не известна заранее, а вычисляется как отношение итоговой суммы собранных средств к количеству выделенных на продажу токенов. Диапазон цен в этом случае задают параметры Soft и Hard cap (минимальный и максимальный объемы привлеченных инвестиций). # Reliability Score ## Что такое "Reliability Score"? **Reliability Score** — это система оценки надежности токенсейлов, основанная на гарантиях для инвесторов. Reliability Score показывает, насколько минимальная цена токена после листинга может отличаться от цены покупки на пресейле, при условии, что все жетоны, находящиеся в обращении, будут сразу же проданы на DEX. Чем меньше различие, тем выше оценка. ## От чего зависит Reliability Score? Оценка надежности проекта зависит от следующих параметров: 1. Базовая цена покупки на токенсейле (без учета каких-либо скидок) 2. Минимальная цена покупки (с учетом всех возможных скидок от [реферальной системы](/ru/launchpad/for-projects/referral-system) и [WL SBT](/ru/launchpad/for-projects/whitelists)) 3. Soft Cap (минимальное количество привлеченных средств, при котором сейл будет успешно завершен) 4. Объем начальной ликвидности, поставляемой автоматически, и начальное соотношение жетонов и TON в пуле 5. Количество разблокированных в [**Локере**](https://jvault.xyz/locker) жетонов (вычитаются из циркулирующего предложения) 6. Количество и размеры разблокировок токенов пресейла ## Метод расчета $$ Score = 111\ \*\ min\_guaranteed\_price\ /\ base\_price $$ Где $$base\_price$$ — базовая цена покупки на токенсейле, а $$min\_guaranteed\_price$$ — средневзвешенная для каждого разлока (в случае использования вестинга) цена, по которой каждый инвестор сможет гарантировано продать приобретенные жетоны на DEX. При расчете $$min\_guaranteed\_price$$ предполагается, что 1. Количество привлеченных TON будет равно ***Soft Cap***, при этом все жетоны будут проданы по минимально возможной цене с учетом всех скидок и кэшбеков (для действующих токенсейлов, уже собравших Soft Cap, предполагается, что количество собранных на данный момент TON будет финальным) 2. Пул ликвидности будет пополнен лишь единожды (сразу, после окончания сейла), и не будет совершено ни одной покупки токена на DEX 3. После каждой разблокировки жетонов (и в [**Локере**](https://jvault.xyz/locker), и в [**Лаунчпаде**](https://jvault.xyz/launchpad)) все держатели будут сразу продавать все доступные им токены 4. Инвестор, для которого рассчитывается $$min\_guaranteed\_price$$, будет продавать разблокированные жетоны ровно через час после каждого цикла вестинга

Для его увеличения вы можете воспользоваться следующими рекомендациями: * **Увеличьте процент TON, которые будут добавлены в начальную ликвидность**\ Т.к. при расчете **Reliability Score** предполагается, что ликвидность будет добавлена лишь единожды, то оценка напрямую зависит от этого параметра. * **Заблокируйте жетоны в** [**JVault Locker**](https://jvault.xyz/locker) **согласно вашей токеномике**\ Блокировка жетонов в Локере создаст гарантию того, что они не будут проданы на DEX, а значит, это увеличит **Reliability Score**. * **Не устанавливайте слишком больших скидок по реферальной системе и вайтлистам**\ При расчете начального соотношения жетонов и TON в пуле ликвидности используется минимально возможная цена продажи с учетом всех скидок, поэтому важно не переборщить с наградами для рефералов и владельцев вайтлистов. * **Не допускайте слишком больших различий между *****Soft Cap***** и *****Hard Cap***\ Зачастую достаточно сложно предугадать объем привлеченных инвестиций, однако если Soft Cap будет отличаться от Hard Cap в несколько раз, это может негативно сказаться на **Reliability Score**. * **Увеличьте количество циклов вестинга** \ Увеличение количества циклов вестинга позитивно отражается на **Reliability Score**, т.к. плавная равномерная разблокировка активов гарантирует отсутствие крупных продаж на старте торгов * **Уменьшите процент жетонов, которые будут добавлены в начальную ликвидность**\ Чем меньше отношение токенов, которые будут добавлены в ликвидность к токенам, выделенным для продажи на сейле, тем выше будет цена на листинге. ## 4. Запустите токенсейл ### 4.1. Нажмите кнопку "Deploy tokensale", находящуюся в самом низу страницы

### 4.2. Ознакомьтесь с деталями создания сейла

Для создания токенсейла вам необходимо будет подтвердить две транзакции: первая для оплаты фиксированной части комиссий и развертывания смарт-контракта сейла, вторая для добавления на смарт-контракт сейла жетонов. Обратите внимание, что вам необходимо будет оплатить два вида комиссии, подробнее вы можете прочитать в [этом разделе](/ru/launchpad/for-projects/commissions). ### 4.3. Отправьте транзакцию для развертывания смарт-контракта Нажмите кнопку "Send Transaction", подтвердите транзакцию в приложении своего кошелька и дождитесь смены значка загрузки на надпись "Success".

Если состояние кнопки не меняется на "Success" при том, что вы уверены, что токены списались с кошелька, то обратитесь, пожалуйста, в [службу поддержки](https://t.me/JVaultManager), приложив к своему сообщению ссылку на транзакцию. ### 4.4. Отправьте транзакцию для добавления жетонов После успешного подтверждения предыдущей транзакции, станет доступна кнопка для отправки следующей:

Нажмите на нее, подтвердите транзакцию в приложении кошелька и дождитесь, когда транзакция подтвердится в блокчейне. После этого процесс создания токенсейла будет завершен и вы увидите сообщение о его успешной публикации.

## Поздравляем, вы создали свой собственный децентрализованный токенсейл! {% hint style="info" %} В случае нестабильной работы блокчейна и/или индексаторов, транзакции могут отправляться достаточно долго, однако если в течение 5 минут после подтверждения транзакции в блокчейне ваш токенсейл не отобразится на сайте, то обратитесь в службу поддержки JVault. {% endhint %} # Комиссии При проведении токенсейла его создатель облагается двумя видами сборов\*:
1. Фиксированная плата 200 JVT, взимаемая одновременно с развертыванием смарт-контракта сейла. 2. Комиссия, взимаемая в виде процентов от собранных средств сразу после завершения сейла. Размер комиссии зависит от итогового количества привлеченных средств и рассчитывается по регрессивной шкале, представленной ниже:

\*Первый вид сборов взимается всегда без исключений и не возвращается даже в случае неуспешного завершения сейла, в то время как второй взимается тогда, и только тогда, когда токенсейл был успешно завершен (собрана soft cap). # Завершение сейла После того, как время продаж подошло к окончанию, имеют место быть два возможных состояния: 1. ### Soft cap не была достигнута

В таком случае создатель токенсейла с помощью кнопки "Complete tokensale" (1) может запросить возврат жетонов, выделенных для продаж и ликвидности, а любой пользователь, принявший участие в сейле, может вернуть вложенные TON, нажав кнопку "Request refund" (2). Средства поступят на баланс пользователя сразу после подтверждения транзакции в блокчейне. Важно упомянуть, что [**JVault**](https://jvault.xyz) **не возвращает** плату за размещение сейла в случае его неудачи. 2. ### Soft cap была достигнута

В этом случае любой пользователь может запустить процесс завершения сейла (спровоцировать добавление ликвидности на DEX и сделать доступным приобретенных жетонов). Для этого он должен нажать на кнопку "Complete tokensale" и подтвердить транзакцию. Не переживайте, это бесплатно: комиссия блокчейна полностью компенсируется за счет средств организатора продаж. Каждый сейл необходимо завершать лишь единожды, поэтому как только один пользователь отправит транзакцию для завершения сейла, кнопка "Complete tokensale" пропадет у всех участников сейла, заменившись на интерфейс для клейма приобретенных жетонов:

После завершения сейла, каждый участник может, в соответствии с условиями вестинга, забрать приобретенные токены, воспользовавшись кнопкой "Claim" (2). Если кнопка отображается неактивной, это значит, что время разблокировки токенов еще не подошло. {% hint style="info" %} Обратите внимание, что клейм токенов для каждого Whitelist SBT совершается в отдельном действии, выбрать необходимый SBT, с которого была совершена покупка, можно из выпадающего списка (1). {% endhint %} Кроме этого, становится доступным клейм реферальных наград:

# Реферальная система Для каждого токенсейла доступно подключение реферальной системы, позволяющей поощрять пользователей, рассказывающих о проекте, с помощью кэшбеков и скидок. Для активации реферальной системы заполните раздел Referral system.

На скриншоте цифрами отмечены следующие параметрами: 1. Минимально необходимый объем единоразовой покупки для активации собственного реферального кода. 2. Размер кэшбека для стандартных реферальных кодов пользователей, не перечисленных в списке ниже. 3. Адреса пользователей, имеющий нестандартные условия для реферальных кодов. Важно, что даже если адрес пользователя есть в этом списке, ему необходимо будет совершить покупку для активации своего кода. 4. Размер скидки, которую получат все пользователи, совершающие покупку по данному коду. Для стандартных реферальных кодов размер скидки составляет 0%. 5. Размер кэшбека, который будет получать владелец данного реферального кода. {% hint style="info" %} Под кэшбеком в данном случае подразумевается процент от объема каждой покупки, совершенной по реферальному коду, который будет отправлен владельцу кода в виде вознаграждения. Вознаграждения приходят в TON, вывести их на кошелек каждый владелец реферального кода может после окончания продаж. {% endhint %} Если вы хотите отключить возможность получения реферальных кодов пользователями, не находящимися в списке, то просто установите значение `Default Cashback = 0`. # Вайтлисты Создатель каждого токенсейла, помимо базовых условий покупки, может установить до **четырех** уровней вайтлистов с различными ценами и лимитами размеров покупок. В качестве подтверждения права на покупку по определенному уровню вайтлиста используются токены стандарта [Soulbound](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0085-sbt-standard.md). Для того, чтобы добавить вайтлисты к своему токенсейлу, нажмите на кнопку "Add condition" в разделе "Purchase conditions". Укажите адреса NFT-коллекции, Soulbound-токены из которых будут использованы в качестве вайтлистов, и введите условия покупок для каждого уровня WL. 2. Видеозвонок в Telegram с человеком, проходящим верификацию личности. У вас будет 2 попытки на то, чтобы принять звонок. Если этот пункт останется невыполненным, независимо от обстоятельств, фиксированный сбор не подлежит возврату. ## Возврат денежных средств В предыдущем разделе мы достаточно подробно объяснили инструкцию для прохождения верификации проекта. Если вы не согласны с методами нашей процедуры, пожалуйста, не оплачивайте фиксированный сбор преждевременно. Оплачивая фиксированный сбор за обработку KYC, вы соглашаетесь с тем, что не имеете права на возврат средств ни при каких обстоятельствах. Локер — это платформа, на которой любой пользователь блокчейна TON может заблокировать свои жетоны, то есть убрать возможность их передачи или продажи. ## Зачем нужно блокировать жетоны? Токеномика большинства криптовалютных проектов подразумевает равномерное увеличение количества жетонов, находящихся в обращении. Например, проект может установить, что ежемесячно в течение года на маркетинг будет выделяться ровно 1% от общей эмиссии токенов. В таком случае, проект может заблокировать 12% жетонов в [**JVault Locker**](https://jvault.xyz/locker) с 12-месячным равномерным вестингом, чтобы гарантировать инвесторам, что они будут использованы в соответствии с токеномикой. Кроме этого, многие инвесторы в токены часто имеют план не продавать свои активы в течение какого-то продолжительного периода. В таких случаях Локер подойдет для того, чтобы обезопасить инвестора от импульсивных продаж, связанных с колебаниями курса или другими причинами. ## Принцип работы Любой пользователь может заблокировать любые жетоны, соответствующие [TEP-89](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0089-jetton-wallet-discovery.md), в [**JVault Locker**](https://jvault.xyz/locker). Чтобы это сделать, достаточно настроить необходимую информацию о локе (время и размер первой разблокировки токенов, количество и продолжительность циклов вестинга, будущий владелец жетонов) и отправить жетоны на определенный смарт-контракт. После отправки транзакции будущий владелец заблокированных жетонов получит Soulbound-NFT, в которой onchain сохранена вся информация о локе. Адрес кошелька, владелец которого сможет забрать жетоны по окончании периода блокировки. По умолчанию — адрес вашего подключенного кошелька. 3. Цель блокировки. Текстовое поле, обозначающее, как в дальнейшем будут использованы заблокированные жетоны. Является необязательным для заполнения 4. Количество жетонов, которые вы хотите заблокировать 5. Дата и время первой разблокировки токенов (ваше локальное время) 6. Размер первой разблокировки токенов в процентах 7. Количество циклов вестинга, то есть количество разблокировок за исключением первой 8. В дальнейшем вы сможете разблокировать свои токены, воспользовавшись кнопкой "Claim". # Часто задаваемые вопросы ## Обязательно ли клеймить жетоны после каждого цикла вестинга? Нет, клеймить жетоны между циклами вестинга не обязательно. Вы можете забрать жетоны в любое время после их разблокировки сразу за несколько циклов посредством одной транзакции. ## Можно ли передать заблокированные жетоны другому пользователю? Нет, передача Soulbound-NFT, подтверждающей владение заблокированными токенами, невозможна, в чем и заключается смысл блокировки жетонов. ## Можно ли заблокировать жетоны с модифицированным контрактом? Да, вы можете заблокировать любые токены в [Локере JVault](https://jvault.xyz/locker). Единственным условием является соответствие контракта жетона [TEP-89](https://github.com/ton-blockchain/TEPs/blob/master/text/0089-jetton-wallet-discovery.md). Все современные жетоны соответствуют стандарту, однако в случае несоответствия сайт сообщит вам о нем и не запросит подтверждение транзакции, так что вы не лишитесь своих средств. # Общая информация ## Что такое стейкинг? Создание стейкинга является одним из решений этой проблемы, а также хорошим способом для поощрения преданных холдеров. ## Принцип работы стейкинга С помощью сервиса децентрализованного стейкинга от [**JVault**](https://jvault.xyz), любой пользователь может создать стейкинг-пул со своим жетоном. Для этого необходимо перейти на соответствующую страницу, выбрать тип доходности, настроить желаемые параметры и подтвердить транзакцию для создания пула. После этого создатель добавляет в стейкинг-пул награды, из которых формируется доходность для стейкеров, и пул становится активным. Любой холдер жетона может совершить депозит в стейкинг-пул, и начать получать доход. Перейдите в раздел [My Pools](https://jvault.xyz/my_pools), нажмите “+” и заполните необходимую информацию о пуле. 2. В поле "Pool name" введите название пула (обратите внимание, что название должно быть уникальным), в поля "Staking jetton address" и "Rewards jetton address" - адреса смарт-контрактов жетонов, которые пользователи будут блокировать в пуле, и которые будут использоваться в качестве награждения стейкеров. В поле Rewards введите количество наград, которые вы хотите распределить среди пользователей пула. В поле image вы можете загрузить картинку, которая будет использована в NFT коллекции облигаций. 3. Далее настройте планы стейкинга: введите до четырех возможных периодов блокировки и соответствующих им RPJ (Rewards per Jetton, количество наград (в rewards jetton), которые стейкер получит на каждый заблокированный на указанный период жетон). 4. Вы также можете настроить минимальный депозит и дату начала программы стейкинга, если не хотите, чтобы стейкинг начался сразу после создания пула. 5. После заполнения необходимой информации нажмите кнопку “Deploy pool” и подтвердите транзакцию в своем кошельке. После этого смарт-контракт стейкинг-пула будет развернут, а кнопка “Deploy pool” поменяется на “Add rewards”. 6. Нажмите на эту кнопку и снова подтвердите транзакцию в своем кошельке, чтобы пополнить пул наград для стейкеров. Это необходимо для того, чтобы ваш пул отображался на главной странице сайта. Пока вы не пополните пул на указанную при создании сумму, он будет находиться в состоянии “archived”.
## Создание пула с плавающей доходностью 1. Создание стейкинг-пула с плавающей доходностью во многом повторяет создание пула с фиксированной доходностью, за исключением того, что вместо заполнения периодов блокировки и соответствующих им наград, необходимо выбрать период, за который награды будут полностью распределены среди участников пула. 2. Также при создании пула вы можете указать продолжительность минимального периода блокировки токенов в нем. В таком случае для получения наград стейкеру необходимо будет заблокировать жетоны на указанный период.
# Комиссии Создание пула облагается двумя видами комиссии: Rewards commission и JVT fee.

Все комиссии вычитаются из пополненных вами **Rewards** и являются фиксированными на все время существования пула. ## JVT fee **50 $JVT** берется с каждого создателя пула в целях пресечения спама и в дальнейшем сжигается. # Часто задаваемые вопросы ## Я отправил транзакцию, но стейкинг-пул не отобразился на сайте, что делать? Иногда индексатор блокчейна дает сбой, и тогда новые стейкинг-пулы могут не появляться на нашем сайте в автоматическом режиме. Если вы отправили транзакцию для создания стейкинг-пула и заплатили комиссию, но в течение 5 минут он не появился на сайте, то обратитесь в службу поддержки – ваш пул добавят в ручном режиме. ## Что если кто-то занял имя пула с моим токеном? Если вы являетесь фаундером токена, но кто-то уже создал пул с его названием, вы можете написать нам. Мы сможем переименовать "фейковый" пул. ## Я создал стейкинг-пул с высокой ставкой комиссии, могу ли я в будущем перейти на более выгодный план? Если бюджет вашей программы стейкинга вырос, и вы хотите перейти на более выгодные условия – напишите нам. Мы не сможем изменить комиссии в существующем пуле (это создавало бы угрозу безопасности), но сможем создать новый пул с таким же названием, как у старого. ## Как получить WL (Whitelist)? На данный момент система вайтлистов находится в разработке. # Для стейкеров # Ответственность JVault Весь процесс стейкинга **полностью безопасен и децентрализован** с точки зрения владения активами: на всех этапах стейкинга ваши токены принадлежат только вам, и никто не может ими воспользоваться. Сервис основан на смарт-контрактах, поэтому даже если сайт перестанет работать, вы все еще сможете в полной мере пользоваться всеми стейкинг-пулами: для этого необходимо будет всего лишь отправлять определенные сообщения в блокчейн. Подключите кошелек к сайту, воспользовавшись кнопкой **connect wallet** в правом верхнем углу экрана. После этого на главной странице сайта выберите интересующий вас стейкинг-пул.
Вы можете воспользоваться фильтрами “Zero balances” (когда выключен – отображаются только пулы, в которых у вас есть позиции) и “WL only” (когда включен – отображаются только пулы, которые находятся в нашем вайтлисте). После выбора пула, на открывшейся странице введите количество жетонов, которые вы хотите положить в пул, выберите период стейкинга, а также возможность передавать NFT, и нажмите кнопку “Stake”.
После подтверждения транзакции вам придет NFT, подтверждающая ваше владение застейканными жетонами. Она понадобится вам для того, чтобы управлять своей позицией – собирать награды и завершить стейкинг. NFT является ликвидным активом, вы можете ее продать (**но только, если выбрали NFT transfer "allowed"**), чтобы передать права на застейканные токены новому владельцу. Награды за стейкинг можно забрать в любой момент, но полностью забрать свои жетоны вы сможете только после окончания периода блокировки. # Разблокировка токенов и клейм наград После того, как вы застейкаете токены, в разделе "**Your positions**" на странице стейкинг-пула вы сможете найти всю необходимую информацию о вашей актуальной позиции: 1. Даты начала и окончания периода стейкинга 2. Актуальный APR 3. Процент вашей позиции от всего пула 4. Адрес вашей Bond NFT 5. Количество заблокированных жетонов 6. Количество полученных наград 7. Количество доступных к клейму наград

By using the Launchpad, Users are able to access and utilize the services and features that it offers, but they must also adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms . ## Definitions * "Project" refers to an initiative using the Launchpad for creating a presale or distribution of Tokens * "User" means any individual using the Launchpad for creating or participating in Projects * "Token" refers to the token standard on the TON blockchain designed for the creation and distribution of digital assets ## Terms of Use ### Presale creators: Projects that aim to initiate a presale on the Launchpad must adhere to certain specifications, such as but not restricted to: 1. Each User who intends to launch a Project in Launchpad accepts the terms of use of Launchpad and confirms that they have read the rules of creating a Project 2. A comprehensive and explicit Project explanation, outlining the objective, aims, and applications of the Tokens being provided 3. Evidence of at least one functioning service, into which the token to be launched will be integrated in the future 4. Compliance with TON blockchain standards, ensuring compatibility and security for participants 5. A transparent and equitable token distribution strategy, specifying allocation, pricing, and mechanisms to prevent unfair advantage or manipulation 6. Project creators are responsible for developing and launching their Project, including creating the Tokens, setting the terms of the presale, and engaging with the community ### Participation in Projects: 1. JVault is not responsible for the failure or success of any Project hosted on the platform 2.
